I focus on optimizing CRM processes through advanced SQL analysis and task automation using Excel and VBA. I manage and
execute X-SELL and pre-approval campaigns, design HTML/CSS email templates, and thoroughly test them across different
devices. Additionally, I oversee email marketing strategies and SMS notifications, aiming to enhance CTOR and CTR metrics in
sales campaigns.
As the lead expert in my team for email optimization, I handle everything from template creation and sending to performance
tracking, ensuring maximum engagement and efficiency. I regularly collaborate with the Marketing team to refine and
enhance existing email campaigns, as I believe they are free money when structured properly. Furthermore, we leverage
Google Analytics and UTM parameters to track and collect leads for telesales, allowing us to improve targeting and maximize
conversions.

Bilijar.Club – Co-Founder
The biggest online billiards tournament platform.
Bilijar.club is the leading platform for organizing billiard tournaments in the Balkans, which started as a family project with my father. I played a key role in brand development and business growth, developing an online store and a news section on the website, conducting market and product research, and executing marketing campaigns. Through ad design and copywriting, I increased brand visibility on social media and improved user engagement on the site.
